Lockdown Tails
Lockdown made me so grateful for everything I have in my life but mostly access to lush green spaces to walk around, right on my doorstep. It also taught me the importance of community, how much we need connection to thrive. It also reinforced how incredibly grateful I am for the companionship and joy my dogs bring me. I never felt a pang of being alone because right by myside I had Aubrey and Lady, reminding me that they loved me and that I loved them. Along with Luna, they always teach me to be in the present – looking directly into their eyes while just doing that – and nothing else brings me such calm and joy every single day.
